Q. 보증금과 관리비는 얼마입니까? How much is the deposit and maintenance fee?A. 월세를 선불로 지급하며, 보증금과 관리비는 없습니다. There is no deposit and maintenance fee. Though, the monthly rent must be paid in advance.

Q. 장기거주시 할인과 단기거주 가능여부? Do you have an operating policy for long or short-term residence?A. 6개월 이상 투숙시 방값 할인이 있습니다. 단기거주는 가능합니다. 일할로 숙박료를 부과합니다. There is a discount for stays of 6 months or more. And, short-term residence are charged with daily fee.

Q. 제공하는 식품류는 어떻게 됩니까? What kind of food do you offer?A. 밥, 라면, 김치, 커피와 차를 제공합니다. We offer rice, ramen, kimchi, tea, and coffee.

Q. 난방과 냉방관리는 어떻게 됩니까? How do you manage your heating and cooling system?A. 난방은 중앙보일러입니다. 냉방은 방마다 개별 에어컨을 가동할 수 있습니다. The heating is a central heating. We have air conditioning in each room and it can be controlled by yourself.

Q. 기타 장점? About other advantages?A. 방간 ALC벽돌 시공으로 소음이 최소화되어있습니다. 4,5층에 엘리베이터가 있으며 주차장도 있습니다. Room-to-room ALC brick construction minimizes noise. There are elevators on the 4th and 5th floors and there is also a parking space.
