Q. 보증금과 관리비는 얼마입니까? How much is the deposit and maintenance fee?A. 월세를 선불로 지급하며, 보증금과 관리비는 없습니다. There is no deposit and maintenance fee. Though, the monthly rent must be paid in advance.

Q. 장기거주시 할인과 단기거주 가능여부? Do you have an operating policy for long or short-term residence?A. 3개월 이상 투숙시 방값 할인이 있습니다. 단기거주는 가능합니다. 일할로 숙박료를 부과합니다. There is a discount for stays of 3 months or more. And, short-term residence are charged with daily fee.
